Products can be Returned or Replaced under these guidelines.
New Products Un-Opened are Eligible for 60 Days Return Policy.
Other Returns are Eligible for 30 Days Return Policy.
Refunds are handled under these guidelines

- Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for a full refund.
- Lost Package
If you haven’t received your order, please contact our Service Department. They’ll work with you on tracking your order with the shipping carrier. If the package is not found, we’ll resend your order and refund your shipping costs if there was any.
- Un-Opened New Product
If you don’t want the item anymore, please contact our Returns Department, you’ll be asked to return the item. Once our Returns Department evaluates that the Item has not been opened, a full refund will be issued. Orders after 60 Days will not be eligible. Buyer pays for Return Shipping costs.
- Opened New Product
If you don’t want the item anymore, please contact our Returns Department, you’ll be asked to return the item. Once our Returns Department evaluates if the product has been opened and is still in new condition, a refund will be issued. Orders after 30 Days will not be eligible. Buyer pays for Return Shipping costs.
- Custom Orders
If there is a custom ordered item there will be No Returns or Refunds unless the item falls under the categories below.
- Product Defect
If there is a product defect, please contact our Returns Department. You’ll be asked to return the item. Once our Returns Department can evaluate the product defect and a refund will be issued or product replacement. This only covers product related defects and not damage caused by misuse of the item. Orders after 30 Days will not be eligible. Seller pays for Return Shipping, unless there is no product defect found then the Buyer will be charged for shipping costs.
- Damage during shipment
If there is product damaged due to shipping, please contact our Returns Department. You’ll be asked to return the item. Once our Returns Department evaluates that the damage was caused due to shipping, a refund will be issued or product replacement. Orders after 30 Days will not be eligible. Seller pays for Return Shipping, unless there is no damage due to shipping then the Buyer will be charged for shipping costs.
- Wrong product
If you received the wrong product, please contact our Returns Department. You’ll be asked to return the item. Once our Returns Department evaluates the order and product received, a refund will be issued or product replacement. Orders after 30 Days will not be eligible. Seller pays for Return Shipping, unless the product was correct to order then the Buyer will be charged for shipping costs.
